We go to Huddle House a lot. We were there for lunch today,Dec. 20, 2023, the waitresses and food was fine. The only problem, you need a dishwasher 24/7. It isn't the servers job. They were not hired for that job.

We were at Huddle House on 10/19/21. There were only 2 working. The waitress was very nice and on the job. Both ones were doing good today. We ordered 2 ice cream desserts and made very well. They did good job. OK DAY

We were back at Huddle House today-9/03/2021. The food was lots better than last when made a review. The waitress-Sarah was very nice and cook did a better job. Maybe Huddle House is back to it's better service again. A GOOD VISIT

When first going to Huddle House for lots and lots of visits the food was great. The waitresses were on the job and not to long a wait for food. I don't know what happened!!
The last few times there the way the food was cooked went way downhill. Our last time there the food seemed already cooked and warmed over. May go back or not. SO SORRY

What has happened to Huddle House in Cape Dress Code of showing up for work clean clothes and neatly worn? What happened to the cooks using gloves for food handling, not digging in their pockets for keys or handling the trash cans then go right back to handling food without changing gloves or washing hands? Pants hanging down below their butts and when asked to pull them up they get very agitated about it. The only reason I would give a three star rate is because the servers are usually 90 to 95% of the time right there trying to take care of customers and covering for bad food or wrong order. I just don't understand remodled store and everything looks nice or even great, and let the dress code and appearance go down in standards. Too bad I always loved going there to eat with family, friends, and business meetings.
