I ate the chicken there last year as I now live in another state. I used to live just a few blocks away years ago. The chicken is just as delicious as it was all those years ago. The place was NOT dirty as someone else claimed. I will be going back the next time I am in Iowa.

I ate lunch at Wishbone today for the first time in years. I was not impressed. It seemed dirty, the floor was littered with food and other things, the waitress was so unprofessional. The waitresses were talking about personal issues and inappropriate topics where customers could hear them. The waitresses Wishbone sweatshirt looked liked it has not be washed in months. And well lets say the taco salad for $7.00 was portioned for a three year old. I am not a big eater but this was a little ridiculous! The taco salad was nothing more then a side salad in a fried shell. Lets say I will not be eating there anytime again soon or ever. Not the Wishbone I remember... The Restaurant business is tough Wishbone you better get it together.

Broasted Chicken, Tenderloins, and the DOUBLE Meat Baked Subs are my favorites. If you get the sub you also need 2 sides of the sub sauce for dipping. It is Fantastic
