Usually love this place but it has gone way down hill lately. Went in tonight with my family of 6, sat at a grill. Our chef never talked to us, no show was put on, there were egg shells in our rice, menu prices were not the same as our bill was. Overall it was really bad service and food. We will definitely think hard about returning.

This was my second visit to Sakura. The wait staff are rude, service is poor. Each visit, I ordered sushi that I never received but was charged for. They bring all the sushi crowded onto as few plates as possible, which is fine except if you order a lot of sushi, it's easy to miss one or two rolls. The first visit, I informed the server who told me that we got all of our sushi, but I know we didn't. We were charged for all of it though.
The next visit was for my daughter's birthday, They brought the wrong sushi at first and we had to get it corrected, then the left some off that we had to ask for, then when we got the ticket, I noticed another roll that we did not receive so I told the waitress and she grabbed the receipt out of my hand and walked off without saying a word. I said, just take it off the ticket and she replied very rudely "I know". I signed my receipt with the amount of tip I was leaving based upon the service but they threw my signed ticket away and charged me more than I signed for. And since it was my daughter's birthday we asked if they do anything for birthdays, yeah, if you pay for it! You have to pay them to sing Happy Birthday! Most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. Won't be going back!

I thought the wait staff, food and experience was amazing! For a busy Saturday night we still had excellent service! I will definitely go back again!
