On a recent visit in October 2014 I had a wonderful experience. Nelly the supervisor treated me as a friend and an important guest. She is helpful and kind and excellent in her position. My waiter Paul also did everything I could imagine to make me feel comfortable during my dining at Otis and Henry's. Both these individuals make your restaurant memorable. I recommend my friends to your establishment because of Nelly and Paul. I hope you will consider them for increases in their pay and possible promotions with your company.
