Sierra was an amazing bartender, serving great food and drinks in a cozy atmosphere. The service was excellent and the variety of dishes and drinks was impressive.

My wife ordered a brat. It came out looking like it had spent overnight on a gas station roller Grill. It could barely be punctured with a fork. She sawed off about an inch long piece and it was so dry it removed all the spit from her mouth like a meat flavored piece of cotton. We sent it back with the waitress after that bite and instead of removing it from the bill and being embarrassed about it they discounted the one item 20%. The money they gleaned from the inedible food they served is enough to guarantee will never go back.
