We ordered a large expensive cheesecake for a dinner party. It looked amazing but only 2 tiny slices were eaten. The cheesecake had no flavor (even though we were promised an orange essence cheese cake) and it had an odd, salty lingering aftertaste. We took the cheesecake back to the bakery with a letter to the manager explaining the problem, of course he was not in, so we left the cake and letter, our cell phone number and email address with the counter help. 2 days later - no response. My husband stopped back in at the bakery, of course the manager was not there, and the same counter person assured us all the information was given to her manager. Now, 1 week later, NO RESPONSE, no offer of apology, or credit for an expensive food product that was inedible. We have another social gathering coming up and we will be using another bakery. TISK, TISK for your poor, poor non-existant customer service.
