Fun place to grab a bite. The 18% automatic gratuity is a bit much when you have to go to the cash register to place your order, and then have to get up to request a refill on your drink. Especially when the burgers average $15. If you don't want crunchy hockey pucks, make sure you request med rare or medium at most. I could tell the taste of the meat would be superior if not overcooked. Won't be ordering the elote next time either. Very bland and overly creamy. The hand cut fries are good. You can order them regular (just salted) or in one of the yummy flavors. The truffle fries were awesome. Will try again so I can experience a better burger cooked rarer.
