Ambar offers a diverse selection of flavorful North Indian dishes, with the buffet providing a convenient way to sample a variety of options, though quality can vary during off-peak hours. The Tadka Daal, Chili Chicken, and Saag Mushroom are among my preferred takeout choices, and the fresh tandoori and unique rice dishes add to the overall satisfying experience.
