Cafe Sababa at Illini Hillel is a real hidden treasure! For lunch today, I tried the sweet potato croquettes featured on their special menu. The croquettes were absolutely delicious, especially with the tangy sauce and fresh vegetables. The portion size was just right for a satisfying meal.
