The roastery offers an impressive selection of fresh, uniquely flavored coffees roasted on site, with knowledgeable staff who tailor recommendations to individual taste preferences. Their whole bean options can be ground to order for various brewing methods, and the quality and aroma consistently impress me every time I visit. Although they don't serve coffee by the cup, purchasing beans here has become an essential part of my routine, especially with blends like Black Velvet and rare single origins that fuel my daily coffee enjoyment.

Columbia Street Roastery is a coffee lover's dream come true! The rich aroma that fills the house when you brew their beans is simply heavenly. The variety of coffee options is incredible, and the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, the prices are unbelievable for such high-quality, fresh roasted coffee. It's definitely worth a visit to experience the magic of Columbia Street Roastery!
