The shrimp egg foo young here nailed it with perfectly sized pieces and gravy that hit all the right notes, though the egg roll and fried rice were just okay in my book. After trying a bunch of Cantonese dishes with my Asian family, I can say the salt fish fried rice stole the show, and the friendly, accommodating service made it clear this family-run spot knows how to treat guests right.
