Spent a lively Saturday morning enjoying Tomato Day with an abundance of fresh heirloom tomatoes, chorizo samples, and live music filling the air. The variety here is incredible-from local peaches and cantaloupe to sweet winter carrots that took me back to my childhood down under, plus fantastic meats like bison sausage and salami from friendly vendors eager to share cooking tips. It's a welcoming community hub where you can connect directly with farmers, know exactly where your food comes from, and leave with bags full of vibrant, flavorful produce that truly celebrates our region's rich agricultural heritage.

I visited the farmers market on Saturday morning for the first time and it was Tomato Day. The market was bustling with vendors selling a variety of fresh produce, baked goods, and flowers, creating a lively atmosphere. Despite the crowds, I managed to score some delicious tomatoes, peaches, and a cantaloupe while enjoying the live music and sampling some tasty treats.
