I have not eaten at Cracker Barrel in so long and had been craving Peach Pancakes for months. I thought I would order a breakfast one Saturday morning on my way to work. I ordered the Mama's Pancake breakfast with over medium eggs, bacon, peaches on the pancakes and a side of the potato casserole. First my order was not correct. I had to go back to get the peaches, unfortunately they do not provide whipped cream when they mess up, and it is not the same without it. I get to work to eat my breakfast and the white part of the egg was barley cooked. Over medium should have ALL of the white completely cooked and usually part of the yellow has begun to be solid, but still runny. Could not eat it, The bacon was so hard I could not chew it and the potato casserole was not completely cooked. The hash browns were like eating raw potatoes. The few bites I ate were tasteless and the over all experience was horrific!! I could understand better if the restaurant was packed which I could write off as they were in a big rush in the kitchen, however this particular morning when I was there, there was only about 10 cars in the entire parking lot. I have been to this location in the past an have not ever had a good experience. This has got to be the worst location in the company. I will never go back. Location is Cross Lanes WV
