I was pleasantly surprised by my first experience with Indian cuisine at Sitar, where the food was incredibly flavorful and the service warm and welcoming. The server was friendly and took the time to explain the dishes, making the meal even more enjoyable. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return, especially since they offered a variety of options that catered to different tastes and spice levels.

Long time customer, last 2x call in orders weren't received as ordered. Food wasn't as good as usual, sauce was thick, Nan seemed to be over cooked. Parts of chicken taste as if it had been stuck to pot.
