Went here with my mom for dinner after 4 p.m. And had the worst experience of any restaurant ever! The food was not fresh. We ordered different things and couldn't stand to eat our meals, and we were hungry. They were not fresh. The general tso chicken tasted like it came from a can or package heated up in microwave, not authentic at all. My mom got the pad Thai and said the peanuts were the best part of it, and this dish was what our server/cashier recommended to us and the people next to us! When we complaint about our barely touched meals, our server apologized, but did not offer to instead to even try to resolve our problem. We paid over $20 for meal we did NOT eat and left on the table. We also had the fried egg rolls, which we were I unsatisfied with, and was not a good price. A friend of mine told me after wards that she worked there for a short period of time to help a friend, and they kept food in buckets on the floor among other things. I know some say they really like this place, but it was our first time here, among many other Thai restaurants we've been to In the past. This rates 1 on a scale up to 10 for me. I can't think of anything positive to say. They can't even make good fried rice! So disappointed. 😪
