I enjoy the Chinese food at Hunan in Mount Pleasant. The dishes are flavorful, well-prepared, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It's worth a visit if you're looking for good Chinese cuisine in the area.

3 1/2 hours to get food ridiculous!!!!!Got flyer they deliver all Mt. Pleasant. Ordered at 5. Food didn't come until 8:30. Food was cold and they were very rude on the phone when we called to check on status of order.

Food at Hunan is "ok" - pretty standard for take-out/delivery...but we placed our order for delivery at 5:30pm and after 2 exasperating phone calls that got us nowhere...the delivery man showed up at our door 2 1/2 hours later! Yes...2 1/2 hours later! Then only handed us half of our order and when my husband realized..he ran down the street after the delivery man who was peeling away down the road. Hunan has refused to credit our charge for our meal...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! When we told them we refused to pay for the cold, late meal...they actually sent the delivery man back to our house to pick up the food and take it back to them! Too funny!!!! We should have told him to come back in 2 1/2 hours to get it from us!! Ha...We'll never be ordering from here again!!
