The atmosphere is clean and inviting, with attentive and friendly staff who make the experience enjoyable. The food offerings are flavorful and satisfying, including standout dishes like shrimp and grits, omelettes, and French toast, though the coffee and beignets could be improved.

They lied about the jumbo lump crab. The Floridian omelet and Crab Cake Benedict both had shreds of grey crab meat but nothing resembling or tasting like lump crab; plenty of tiny shell shards, though. I took the food to go or I would have sent it back. Omelet was small with not much cream cheese, either. "Cottage potatoes" were at least hours, if not a day, old; no flavor or seasoning except something salty & orange red. Hard and crusty with no potato flavor. Service for takeout was perfunctory; I waited (because their online app doesn't work well for pickup from 6 miles away) 20 minutes and they weren't busy at 1:00. The money at this egg franchise must go into the fees because the food was mediocre at best. The eggs were small and flavorless, too! I buy large eggs and often Eggland's Best - that's not what they serve here.
