While waiting for a comedy show in Charlotte, I grabbed a quick snack at Red Eye Diner and enjoyed their classic diner atmosphere along with delicious chicken and waffles and satisfying desserts. The service was friendly and efficient, the portions generous, and the overall experience made me eager to return whenever I'm in the area.
