If you want fresh, hot, delicious food and great service, DON'T go to the Woodlawn Rd location here in Charlotte. The person who fixed my sandwich did a terrible job. When I let the manager on duty know, she did absolutely nothing. I had the receipt and the sandwich, but... I was charged extra because I requested extra onions. The amount of onions on my sandwich was an insult. I contacted the district manager, Thelma, but.... Thelma doesn't answer her phone or return calls. The apple didn't fall from the tree. I guess that's why management at this location is like it is... It's apparent the district manager, the managers and the cook at this location is in need of some serious retraining. Meanwhile I'll go to the Brookshire Blvd, and Wilkinson Blvd. locations where the food and service are 100% better.
