On Saturday January 9, 2010 my friends rented the bus for her 40th birthday. The bus showed up late. Then on the way home the bus broke down on I-85 near Belmont, NC it was 16 degrees out, the bus had no safety equipment, ie flares, road side hazards. Very unsafe. Took them over 1 hour to get us another bus. Got home late and had to pay our babysitter extra for being late

Avoid this company. They are not customer driven. So much so, they do not have any safety equipment on their party buses. Their bus broke down on the way to pick us up, they didn't call, we had to call them. Then we broke down on the side of the road in 20 degree weather. We all (30) had to disembark because the lights were out and they did not have flares or any kind of safety equipment. We were stranded in the freezing cold for 1.5 hours. A state trooper had to stay behind the bus with his lights on so no one would hit us. AND the coup de gras...they do not give refunds. Avoid this company at all costs.

My husband spent a lot of money on this company to plan an awesome party for my 40th birthday. The bus was supposed to be at our house at 7:00 pm to give us enough time to get to Jokers up in Mooresville by 8:00, well, 7:30 rolled around and no bus and NO PHONE CALL. Finally my husband called the company and apparently the bus brok down on the side of the road and was being fixed. Didn't end up arriving until 8:00 which made us late. Then, to make things worse, on our way home, the bus breaks down on the side of the road. There was no emergency flares or anything on the buss and the back lights were out. We were on a major road and had to evacuate the bus for our safety. We were all standing outside for an hour in 20 degree weather, some of us had no coats on. Finally after 30 minutes a state trooper pulled up behind us with his lights. Many of us had children to get home to and babysitters who were waiting on us. This company refuses to give us a refund and I will never use this company again. Not worth my hard earned money or safety.

There should be something on there that allows you to put ZERO starts for that is what they are worth! ZERO! I feel sorry for my friend that planned a wonderful, awesome birthday party for his wife a great friend of mine. DOT is being notified about the major citations they had. After being an hour late and not getting kind of call to inform us that it was to be late or what is going on it finally showed up. It broke down on the way to the house to pick us up. Then broke down on the way home. The bus should have had proper lights that worked on the back of the bus, it didn't and it should have had some flares or reflectors, it didn't. So basically it put all of our lives in danger because the company didn't do what it was suppose to do! And because there were no flares or proper working lights we all had to stand out in the 20 degree weather for over and hour before the other bus arrived. They should NOT be in business.
