During my recent visit to NC, a friend introduced me to Pio Pio where we dined on the delicious montanero. The atmosphere in the strip mall was cozy, with friendly staff and fast service that made the meal even more enjoyable. The beef tacos were tender and juicy, complemented perfectly by the sweet plantains and a must-try green sauce that added a nice kick to the flavors.
