The staff at this place were really nice, especially a young lady who had a pleasant smile, although I didn't catch her name. However, the milkshakes we ordered for two consecutive nights unexpectedly had pieces of walnuts in them, which was a bit surprising and concerning, as we're lucky not to have any allergies. Despite this, the food has always been consistently good whenever I've ordered there, and I'm not sure why the reviews are low as our experience was pretty positive overall.
