Well I USE to love this place. My co-workers and I would order from here every week! Well today after we ordered the food by the time I got back to the office with our food and checked it out our whole order was wrong! We called them and told them what was wrong. We were told by the manager that what I was telling him was wrong and that wasn't what I ordered. I asked for my receipt back and once I saw my receipt I told him that even in the receipt it shows exactly what I ordered. He said he heard what I ordered and I didn't order that but as it shows on my receipt I did. I ordered two veggie burgers one with just lettuce and tomato and one with everything on it even cheese and two fries with old bay seasoning and one fry with cajun seasoning. When looking at our order one burger was okay, the other burger had NO cheese and No onions which it was suppose to as it was everything on it! Also we only received two fries and not the 3rd one and two fries were only in sea salt no old bay seasoning! When asking the manager about fixing the order we were told that he will "see" about fixing it after I email him pictures of the order. I sent pictures of the order and was told that they are not good enough and that they will not be fixing our order. I would like to say that this manager is NOT caring about his customers and his customer service was absolutely horrible!! We all USE to love this place but now I URGE you all NOT to eat here! Customer service is HORRIBLE!! And if your order is wrong you will NOT get a refund and you will NOT get food remade for you! It's sad that McDonalds has better customer service than this place! Please if your looking for a good place for a burger just make it at home or go somewhere else cause if one thing is messed up you are out of $32 and be told you are wrong. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wouldn't say the service was terrible as the one star signifies, but DO NOT EAT HERE! There have been confirmed cases of the Coronavirus with employees. STAY AWAY UNTIL THE QUARANTINE PERIOD IS OVER AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. 7/9/20
