I visited Bread and Butter on a Sunday afternoon to get their real sourdough bread. I am non- Celiac gluten intolerance and had heard that some could tolerate the long ferment sourdough. I bought a loaf to take home and had a sourdough bagel with butter there. I was afraid but their was no pain!! I digested it fine and it was absolutely delicious, the first bagel I had in 9 years since being gluten free. It's a really cute store and had other great products as well.
