My son loves to eat here but our waitress Whitney was not nice at all. He ordered a plain hamburger slider w curly fries. When they arrived they had cheese I explained that he was allergic to dairy & cheese. She took them back then returned shortly my son noticed the cheese was wiped off. I got up and took the plate explained that I wasn't being difficult that he could not touch or eat this or he would have to have his epi pen administered. She took the plate looked mad never apologized once. Talked to big bald man in back room. Which told her to threw it away & start again. We were not given refills or Togo boxes just a bill. Which was over charged for byob $4.99. We had to pay $2.00 for bacon& $1.50 cheese.. I think you new management needs to be brought in immediately.....
