My first time in the South led me to a catfish restaurant that truly impressed me with its soft and buttery fried catfish, paired with delicious fried okra. The friendly service, great ambiance, and the taste of the food, especially the banana pudding, made the experience feel like a warm return to my grandma's cooking.
