Most of the time, the food here hits the mark, depending on who's cooking, but it's usually around 90% great. The Pollo Hawaii with honey chipotle sauce stands out, with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and the black beans and rice are always cooked just right. Friendly service, a nice patio, cold beer, and well-made margaritas make this a solid go-to for Mexican food in town.

The food at Plaza Del Sol is consistently good, largely dependent on the skill of the cook. My first experience at the restaurant was satisfying, with friendly service and a pleasant ambiance offering multiple seating options, including a charming patio with umbrellas. The Pollo Hawaii dish stood out with its fresh ingredients, well-prepared chicken, and perfectly balanced honey chipotle sauce.
