Johnny's Place on 1129 W Touhy Park Ridge moved to 20 W Golf Rd Des Plaines (larger store)
I lived near Johnny's in Park Ridge for 17 years and ate there at least once a week (Polish, hotdog, Italian Beef, Gyro, 1/2 slab Rib dinner, Chicken and Fish dinners, .... - just not not the burgers or Greek salads). Very friendly place - I "chat up" Cathy (older counter person) and Johnny himself when not cooking and visit the Des Plaines location when I'm "in the neighborhood" since its 10 miles..
