there was more of a sense of customers being invited under the management of Tony Thomas; customers complained endlessly under Stephanie's management.the food isn't gourmet, it's exactly what they advertise; BBQ. Realistically, compared to other BBQ in-and-outs they're ahead of the game. the menu has limited variety but the food is always better than you expect. on occasion the company switches the brand of links that they use. this action left their links rather tasteless once, but they have since reverted to their own, more flavorful brand. I really enjoy being able to see the cooks in action; everything is cooked fresh daily. More than just okay but I'm not in love. they should've had a like button. 3.75 stars; the people are friendly.
