Very way of handling customer complaints no wonder this store has very poor rating on google, I was drive thru 11/21/20 I had food missing in the bag, and no napkins how some one can eat fried chicken without a cleaning their hand. When I call Amanda the store manager just brush me off by saying employee should put napkin in every bag oh well that’s not enough to satisfy a customer she just don’t know how to win a customer who pay for their food and did not get what they were charge for she did not offer any replacement very poor management at this location. Poppy is ahead of the game when it comes to customer service at least in my experience.
