The skirt steak is perfectly marinated and cooked just right, the mole enchilada has a rich, deep flavor without being too salty, and the tacos al pastor are flavorful without being over-spiced. The fresh tortillas, warm salsa with the right amount of heat, and consistently delicious dishes paired with attentive service make this authentic Mexican restaurant my favorite in Kane County.
