Tonight, we enjoyed a dinner at Oceanique during Chicago Restaurant Week in Evanston, where the service was friendly and the atmosphere, while a bit dated, felt welcoming. The food was generally good, with standout dishes like the butternut squash ravioli and bouillabaisse, although the flavors didn't quite align with our tastes, leaving us wanting a bit more from the experience.

We decided to try out Oceanique in Evanston for Chicago Restaurant Week tonight. The decor was a bit outdated, but the service was friendly and the food was tasty overall, with some dishes standing out more than others. While the portions were on the smaller side for the price, the experience was enjoyable and the ambiance was perfect for a special evening out.
