Had dinner and service was awesome other table was obnoxious and rude wish they were not next to us

visit tonight for dinner, horrible experience, breadsticks hard as a rock, ordered spaghetti and meatballs came with no meatballs, and waitress argued the fact that I ordered it that way. then ordered a chicken soup to take home and when we got it home was like 3 spoonfuls.
if your going to charge someone for a soup, give them soup. waitress advised that management says they are no longer allowed to bring bread sticks until after you have ordered and they bring with your drinks, when did that become a thing at olive garden? been going here for a long time and I have to say it all comes down to having the right server which we did not!
