Last time I dined in 6 months ago the chili dogs were sitting for nearly 10 minutes before they were served. And we're lukewarm.
Last night I placed a $90 order using their app. Driver showed up 25 minutes early. We weren’t ready to dine yet, so everything was cold by the time we were ready. Two of the sandwiches were missing. I tried calling the store and kept getting disconnected. Since the delivery was from doordash, I contacted them. They weren’t willing to remake and send the missing items. I got an email saying I would need to contact the merchant. I tried calling again and kept getting disconnected. I finally got through and was explaining I needed to call them to get the refund. The black lady I was talking with was so rude, talking over me and eventually hung up on me and said I need to call doordash. I called doordash again and was on hold for 20 minutes while they tried contacting the store to get a refund for me since doordash didn’t have the credit card information. I never heard back from them and got a text that they were going to call me back. That never happened. I will never patronize a Portillo’s restaurant again. Total b-llsh-t service!
