The food was satisfactory, although the cheese in the grits wasn't melted as I prefer. The urban ambiance and good service made up for the slight disappointment of having to buy items ala carte. This diner exudes a laid-back charm where one can comfortably dine in last night's attire without judgment, reminiscent of a scene from a classic sitcom.
