The fried catfish fillets at this restaurant are impeccably crispy, with just the right amount of breading. The wings here are truly exceptional, and the service is quick and friendly. They also offer a unique gym shoe sandwich that is packed with delicious flavors and textures, making it a must-try for any food enthusiast.

I called our order in. The woman who answered the call sounded as of she didn't want to be there. My husband said cancel it. I should of listened. She said everything on it, I said, No, no hot peppers. I asked if they had sweet peppers. She said, peppers come on it, you said no peppers. I said, I sad no hot peppers, we don't want anything hot, but sweet peppers is ok. She was rude when I asked about the drinks & before I could ask anything else, she hung up. When we got home, my husband said the order was wrong, there was hot peppers on the sandwich & no sweet peppers & it was throughout the sandwich. I did try picking them out, but there was too many. I called to speak to a manager. The woman answered and I could hear her saying I wanted to speak to a manager. Whoever answered, I don't think he was the manager, he acted like he had an attitude. I told him what happened. He started yelling at me, saying I was raising my voice at him when I wasn't. He said bring the sandwich back and he would remake it. We were coming home from a funeral, so we weren't going to go back and I don't trust that they wouldn't do something else to our food, so I just threw my half off the sandwich away. It's been awhile since we've been there, and I told my husband we're not going there anymore. Terrible food and Very terrible customer service!! I need the Corporate number!!!!

After watching Chicago's Best on 041417, I decided to try the gymshoe. My sandwich looked nothing like Elliot's. It was a mess of chopped up meat and the bread was stale and chewy. It was disgusting. Will never go there again.
