Need to update hours. Need to give better explanations of why orders can't be placed. If items are no longer available, note it. If closing soon, say so. If closed for the day don't pretend that someone will actually answer the phone. The system is computerized, poorly, it shouldn't be difficult to update information. Yes, even in the COVID Era.
