Tonight was my first visit to Claire's Korner in Evanston, where I had the oxtail dinner, and it exceeded my expectations. The oxtails were tender, and the rice and peas were moist, complemented by a side of greens with smoked turkey. Claire provided excellent service, making the experience enjoyable, and the food was flavorful and fresh, making me eager to return.
