I have been enjoying Crystal's chicken for years. It comes hot & tasty every time I've been there. The wings I ordered 2day were delicious as usual. However, I somehow began to drive off w/out my credit card...one of the staff members ran out & stopped me !!!!!!! These are the kind of people I am pleased to recommend as well as continue to support their business.

I was referred to this place by a friend.... I bought a 10 piece that equated to a 5 piece. The wings were hard and dry like wood...and they were very small as if from a baby Chick.
First time trying and the last time.... I wasted 11.50 on a meal that wasn't worth $4.00

Crystal's is the best there is. You are given plenty of food and it is always delicious. Previous post must be incorrect and inaccurate. I've been going here for 20 years, & I've NEVER had a bad experience or a bad meal. So glad they are in the neighborhood.

We had a great experience yesterday. The chicken and ribs were amazing. I even tried the gizzards. Service was friendly. My only complaint was the service was a tad slow.

My son went in orders 10 wings extra mild sauce they gave him a bucket of sauce and drowned out the fries!! Called terrible attitude

Crystal's is amazing, you get great food and they have great service, if your not ignorant or being a jerk. Food is cheap as it can be, go out and try it yourself. :)

This place has been around for quite some time according to some Chicago locals, which I'm not one. Nevertheless, the food at Crystal's is cheap, fast, and tasty. You can still get a dinner for under $5 and you can even expect change! Unheard of.
When I'm looking for greasy, tasty take-out, this is it. Drive right through, home in 5 minutes! With a deal like that, who needs JJ's or Harold's?

I ordered a big meal out of crystals and the chicken was old and nasty, like they used old grease. The Cesar Salad was hot, like it was sitting out in the heat instead of in the cool. The chicken was dry, everything that I ordered from Crystals was nasty, I would tell people NEVER to eat there. That is what I tell all of my friends!!!!!!
