The vibrant energy of downtown Chicago pulses just outside the doors, with easy access to highways, trains, and countless eateries, while inside, the aroma of freshly made omelettes and Belgian waffles fills the air each morning. Despite a slightly dated dí©cor and the buzz of city life, the attentive staff, from Alma's exceptional service to the speedy parking crew, creates a welcoming refuge that balances convenience with genuine care.

The hotel offers a fantastic continental breakfast, complete with an omelette station and Belgian waffle maker, which is a wonderful perk for families. Its central location makes it easy to access restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions, despite some outdated decor and noise from the downtown area. The staff, especially Alma and Russell, provided exceptional service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
