Great customer service, delicious drinks, cute deli and big assortment of gourmet sweets, cheeses, etc. It's clean and bright and nice to be in also.

I highly recommend it. Better than Starbucks, and local too.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I was there the "boss man" was critizing his workers in front of me. I feel bad for whoever has to work there.
Also, when I wanted to buy some of there sweets, such as cookies. They were EXPIERED! What kind a business sells expiered food! This only leads me to wonder what else has expiered in this store! Shocking!

I just went there for the first time today and LOVED it. The store is gorgeous and you can tell they put a ton of work into it.

They have everything from an ice cream bar to a deli with wraps and sandwiches to teas, lattes and coffees. They have a ton of other foods like different jams, chocolates, crackers and sweets.

The store owner was incredibly nice and the chai latte I got was delicious.

I would really recommend it. Bloomingdale hasn't had anything like this that I remember and it sure beat Starbucks (which I do like, I just love this place more).
