Terrible service, so-so food.
I booked a party for about 20 people in the Flatlanders private room in January. When I arrived at the appointed date and time temperature in the room was 50F. The staff was unapologetic, explaining that it takes "a while" to heat the room and it's expensive to heat the restaurant as a whole. Manager stated that restaurant did not have space heaters, but about 15min later brought 2 space heaters to thte room. It took about 2 more hours to get to 60F.
Appetisers were OK, but entries were pretty bad. Meat overcooked. It appeared waiter was doing us a favor by serving the party.
Terrible experience over all.
