If you're on a quest for the best Lithuanian sourdough rye, you'll have to hit up those charming little mom-and-pop shops like Harvest Time and Meyer Delicatessen, since Jewel has sadly dropped the ball on this delicious bread. Once you snag a loaf, slice it thin for a buttery treat with a touch of Westphalian ham, or go thick and toasted with a sprinkle of kosher salt-just make sure you have a strong cup of coffee on standby!
