I absolutely adore El Pollo Feliz for their delicious food and friendly staff. The location is a bit of a hike from my usual hangout in River North, but I'll happily make the trip for their mouthwatering Parrillada. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is laid-back, and the nearby discount mall is a bonus for a little post-meal shopping adventure.
