I purchase two Orders of ribs tips and the sauce was to salty and taste less, and the ribs tips were bark with very little meat that you could eat. I WILL NEVER go there again!!!
02/23/2021 - Tim
Ribs are cooked to goodness. But bbq is only as the sauce. Well Goodluck. The sauce is good, if you can taste it. They give a 1/2 ounce of sauce on your or you can get what they claim is ounces but is 2.5. Oh you fries will be more dry because they don't put sauce on fries.Enjoy your dry lunch or dinner with dry fries.
12/24/2020 - Cece 0 is my rating horrible
I haven't been to Honey one barbecue on 746 East 43rd Street in a while, The last time I was there I got all the way to Mercy hospital, and the food was cold couldn't understand it okay so I say a bad day. So today 12-23-2020. I just come from there at say around 7:00 when I walk to the counter I asked for a small combo the young man tells me let me see if I have it, that was the first sign that I should have walked out. I asked is it the ends or the last I don't want that if it is he said oh no we only cook so much. I said okay get all the way home drove all the way from Evanston to get some of that barbecue drove all the way home ribs is so tough that you can't even chew them it's horrible, they used to be good but the rib tips they look half done and you the ones that look done you can't chew them because they that hard that tough. I don't know what's going on with the chef/ cook but we are in a Pandemic and a business can not afford to lose customers get it together honey 1 barbecue because you only got one more time with me three strikes you out I'll go to Uncle John's on 83rd and cottage Grove.
