This local dive bar offers a warm, homey atmosphere with incredibly friendly staff and a rich history dating back to the 1880s, featuring a stunning original Brunswick Balke-Collender mahogany back bar and vintage tin walls adorned with historic photographs. Drinks are affordable, cash-only, and served quickly by accommodating bartenders who truly make you feel welcomed like a longtime neighbor. Located just a few blocks from the Sox stadium, it's an ideal spot for pre- or post-game drinks, complete with a lively jukebox and a genuine small-town neighborhood vibe.

Love this local dive bar. Came after the Sox home opener. Everyone was friendly. Cash only but very reasonably priced. Can't wait to go back!
