The food at Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Chicago is truly exceptional, making it my favorite restaurant in the city. On a chilly January day, the fresh ingredients and flavorful broth were just what I needed, and the service was impressive. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their delicious offerings, especially the lamb and the amazing sauce bar!
