I revisited Roti after years of being unimpressed with the menu and was pleasantly surprised by the fresh and flavorful Mediterranean dishes. The cauliflower rice option and garbanzo bean salad added a unique twist to the usual offerings. Meeting Roti's culinary director, Layla, shed light on the authentic and inspired approach to their cuisine. The service was attentive and the ability to customize my meal was appreciated, making it a pleasant dining experience overall.
