The vegan options at this airport kiosk surprised me with their flavorful offerings, especially the Indian-cuisine dish that stood out with its fresh taste and well-prepared tofu. The convenience of having a dedicated section for vegan fare in an airport setting was commendable, although I wish there was an option to warm up the meals. Despite the slightly higher prices for prepackaged items, the hefty portions and healthy choices made it a worthwhile stop for a quick and satisfying meal between flights.
