Every other Friday during the summer, about ten food trucks roll into Lincolnshire from 11 to 2, offering a variety of tasty options like BBQ pork sandwiches and refreshing smoothies. It's a perfect way to enjoy the beautiful weather outside, though I'd suggest arriving early since lines get long and seating is mostly limited to picnic tables or grassy areas.
